1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all services offered by the company Khomclean on the site www.khomclean.be. Any order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Khomclean offers cleaning and maintenance services (offices, industries, shops, public spaces, etc.). The services are defined in a personalized quote accepted by the client.
3. Quotes and orders

Every request will result in a detailed, valid quote 30 days from the date of its issuance.

The order is firm and final upon signature of the quote or written acceptance by electronic means.

Any subsequent modification to the order must be validated in writing by both parties.
4. Pricing and Billing

The prices shown are in euros, excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on the nature of the services, the area to be maintained, the frequency of interventions and the specific characteristics of the site.

Invoices are issued according to the periodicity defined in the quote (monthly, quarterly, or other).
5. Payment terms

Unless otherwise stipulated, invoices are payable at 30 days from invoicing.

In the event of late payment, late payment penalties will be applied automatically, as well as a fixed recovery fee in accordance with Belgian legislation.

Khomclean reserves the right to suspend its services in the event of non-payment.
6. Customer Obligations

The client agrees to allow access to the premises at the agreed times.

It guarantees the safety of the intervention areas and the provision of the necessary facilities (water, electricity, access).

All information useful for the proper execution of services must be communicated in advance.
7. Liability and insurance

Khomclean is committed to providing a service that meets the highest standards, with qualified staff.

The company is insured for its professional liability.

However, Khomclean cannot be held liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of business, etc.).
8. Termination

Each party may terminate the contract by giving written notice of 1 month.

In the event of a serious breach by one of the parties, the contract may be terminated automatically without notice, after a formal notice has been issued and remains unheeded.
9. Force majeure
Khomclean cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by force majeure (natural disaster, strike, pandemic, unavailability of equipment, etc.).
10. Data protection (GDPR)
The personal data collected is used solely for service management and invoicing. The client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data in accordance with the GDPR.
11. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where Khomclean's head office is located.
